In meeting the criteria of ClubMark and maintaining a Welfare Policy the Brighton & Hove Cricket Club (the CLUB) has decided to issue a Code of Conduct for all junior members. The CLUB is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well being of its junior members. The CLUB believes that it is important that members, coaches, administrators and parents/carers or guardians associated with the club should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others. The CLUB also has a Child Protection Policy that relates to this Code of Conduct and our principles that underpin this are:- Therefore, members are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with Bob Sansom Chairman of the CLUB. Any breach of the Code may lead to the player being warned as to his/her future conduct or in more serious cases being suspended or barred from participation in the CLUB’s activities.
