Welfare Policy and Code of Conduct for Brighton and Hove Cricket Club (B&HCC)

We have been working hard to make sure that there are suitable policies and procedures in place which cover the welfare of the colts and the adults who are working with them. All of these are rightly required by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) as part of our ECB Clubmark accreditation.

Welfare policy
This is our framework for child protection issues and is based on an ECB template of best practice guidelines. This document is for information only and is split in to the following sections (follow the links to view) -

 Child Protection Policy

 Good Practice Guidelines

Recognising Abuse & Local Professional Contact List

 Child Protection Declaration Form

Code(s) of conduct
We have developed a code of conduct for colts and a code of conduct for parents/carers. The codes are part of the welfare policy and support the well being, dignity and respect requirements which we have adopted as the ethos for our club. These are for your information only -

 Code of Conduct for Juniors
